A proud Las Vegas native and mother of three, Schadrey is deeply connected to her community. She actively volunteers to support local causes, including grassroots health initiatives, community mentorship, and animal welfare programs. Her passion for service extends beyond the clinic, reflecting her commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
Schadrey holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In addition to her clinical expertise, she brings strong leadership skills to her work, fostering collaboration and growth within the healthcare teams she leads. She is licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in Nevada and certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and trained in the prevention and management of disruptive behavior.
